About: Avitech Pacific X-HDUP Extender with PoE
Avitech Pacific X-HDUP Extender with PoE (Power over Ethernet) delivers uncompressed video, audio, mouse/keyboard, IR and DC power over a single CAT5e/6 Ethernet cable. The Pacific X-HDUP 1RU chassis can house 6 modular HDMI/VGA input cards (X-HDUTP/VDUTP) for concurrent signal extension up to a distance of 100 meters.Each X-HDUTP/VDUTP is equipped with an HDMI loop output for local monitoring or used as another X-HDUTP’s source.
Consecutive looping through multiple X-HDUTP facilitates distributing and extending a video signal up to 12 locations in parallel, making the Pacific Extender well-suited for high-resolution signage displays.
With support of human interface device (HID), the Pacific Extender is also an ideal solution for extending touchscreen functionality.

Modular 1RU chassis houses up to 6 independent and field-serviceable HDMI/VGA input cards.
Extend HDMI/VGA transmission up to 100 meters at 1080p @60 Hz*. (*CAT6 or better cable is recommended.)
VGA input card converts VGA signal with analog stereo audio to HDMI for local and remote monitoring.
Support VESA DDC and Hot-Plug Detect (HPD) for easy plug-and-play installation.
Support USB HID for mouse, keyboard, and touchscreen extension.
AC and DC dual redundant power supply (X-HDUP); no power adapter is required on the receiver unit.
Active HDMI loop output for local monitoring confirmation or signal distribution**. (Contact Avitech for more information on X-HDUTP card model with the consecutive looping function.)
Dolby® TrueHD and DTS-HD master audio pass-through.
Provide stereo audio output for monitoring (audio in PCM output)
Support for infrared (IR) control.
